Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, we’re happy to assist. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange

- In-Store Purchases:
- Bring the item along with your receipt to any toyworld-nz.com store for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include:
- Personal care products
- Food items
- Opened toys with hygiene seals broken
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
